    Refunds/Discounts:

  • Treatments are not typically discounted, as offering discounts on prescription medications and medical equipment is against Australian Consumer Law.

  • Discounts will not be provided for touch-up treatments or for additional treatments needed if initial treatment goals have not been met.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unmet expectations, unsatisfactory results, treatment failure, or complications and their management, as these are considered inherent risks of the treatment.
